Job Description
This is a contract until the end of 2024.
The ER Partner - People Policy will play a leading role in our Policy Harmonisation programme, including developing policy from inception to launch and beyond, developing and managing policy project plans and liaising with key stakeholders.
You will see opportunities for innovation and continuously seek to improve our People Policies, including supporting documentation, processes and the way in which they are embedded and lead on cyclical policy reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.
The team will be involved in being accountable for the Reasonable Adjustments Hyper Care service relationship and ensure inclusion, accessibility and employee experience at the heart of all our policies and associated processes.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience in end-to-end development of People Policy, ideally in a specialist policy role.
- Experience in a HR advisory role to the business.
- Proven experience of forming effective relationships quickly & influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Able to problem solve and see issues through to resolution.
The other stuff we are looking for

- Comfortable challenging status quo with high integrity as key.
- Able to work at pace with competing priorities.
- Available on short notice to complete the contract.
