Job Description
A dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Demand and Roadmap Analyst, working within mobile. As a key person within our organisation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a single unified roadmap. This roadmap will represent a single story and will correlate all technical, lifecycle, business and compliance need through alignment of all stakeholders, using a robust and transparent process.
The roadmap represents a single source of the agreed plan for mobile, feeding into future capital processes such as the 3-year financial planning exercise, as well as providing insight into skills and resources that the organisation will require over an extended period.
This role requires a good understanding of mobile technology, a strategic and commercial mindset, the capability to collaborate with many technical specialists and the ability to assure that multiple demands are captured into a single set of agreed plans.

The must haves
- Roadmap: Proven track record of building and maintaining a unified roadmap that aligns to budget and lifecycle management.
- Demand Management: Can demonstrate the ability to assess demand from a feasibility perspective, taking into account both technical and commercial considerations.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Mobile Telecommunications industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies and market trends.
- Data Processing: Demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large volumes of data into simple concise messages for upward presentation to senior leadership team
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in driving positive product economic plans; aligning technical capabilities with commercial product strategies.

- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decisions and gain buy-in.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead matrix & cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between technical and commercial teams.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Taking customer requirements and translating these into technology plans.
