Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Data Literacy Program Designer to join our Data University pillar within the Data Democratisation organisation at Virgin Media O2. The Data Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote data literacy and empower employees to harness the power of data for decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, a strong background in user experience design, and the ability to create intuitive and impactful learning experiences.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrable experience in instructional design, user experience design, or related roles, with a focus on designing learning experiences for adult learners.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, user experience design, and multimedia content development.
- Proficiency in design tools as well as e-learning authoring tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices in adult education and online learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working with data visualisation tools and techniques, with the ability to convey complex data concepts visually and effectively.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences that promote data literacy and skills development.
