Join Virgin Media O2 as a Credit Risk Support Specialist!
Are you ready to make a difference in credit risk management? In this role, you will lead detailed analyses, investigations, and case management for business customers facing Administration or Liquidation. Use data insights to create compliant, regulatory-focused environment that fosters continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences!
Collaborate with finance and internal collaborators to review outstanding credit balances, take appropriate actions, and support Credit Risk Specialists with administrative tasks such as refunds and credit bureau alerts.
Drive standard methodologies in Administration, Liquidation, and Credit Balances processes, focusing on quality, risk, control, and credit policy requirements. Lead and support activities, promoting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Define and document processes, present recommendations, and ensure compliance. Represent Credit Management within Revenue Operations, inspiring changes, and presenting analytical work to senior management.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrable knowledge of credit policies, risks, and controls applicable for B2B customers.
- Proven awareness of debt/credit management practices, aged debt, credit risk, and their impact on the end-to-end customer journey within Delivery and for external businesses.
- Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies, with the ability to articulate and evaluate the value created by processes delivered within the organisation.
- Proven flexibility to work under pressure, using own initiative, and taking ownership of issues and solutions.
- Well-Organised and management of multiple deadlines and work streams effectively.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Ability to handle multiple issues, including systems and internal department interactions, through to successful resolution.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally, with the ability to interpret and explain complex information related to credit risk.
- Proactive approach in speaking to customers and partners on the phone, rather than relying on email.
