Unlock your potential as a Contract Supplier Manager at VMO2 for a 12 month FTC, where you will masterfully manage a diverse portfolio of partners, ensuring every service they provide is perfectly aligned with our standards and cost-effective. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our partners meet their contractual commitments while driving continuous service improvements that benefit VMO2. Be the single point of contact for partner issues, spearheading initiatives to resolve performance challenges. Efficiently oversee all financial aspects of these relationships, from budgeting to purchase orders, ensuring seamless service delivery. The must haves

  • Experience in collating and analyse performance data from various sources including the partner for day-to-day management and create exec level reports as appropriate/required.
  • Proven experience working on contract management activities throughout the lifecycle, including variations, amendments, price adjustments and management of Contract Change Notices.
  • Proven track record of contract management, relationship/operational experience and addressing complex problems and delivering effective solutions with strong Commercial acumen.
  • Ability to interface at the most senior levels (Director, MD, COO…) internally and externally within the Procurement, customer groups or peer operator groups.

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Proven experience in Mobile, Telecoms, Cable or similar industry.
  • Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential.
  • Tenacious approach to work with process definition and implementation experience.
  • Proficient in standard office applications with reporting/analytical experience.
  • World Commerce & Contracting (WCC) certification.
