We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as B2B roadmap lead. This is a new role responsible for bridging IT and business demands in building and maintaining a single, unified roadmap.
This role would be well suited for candidates with backgrounds in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, TDA or Technology Management.
The roadmap will represent a single story and it will correlate all technical, lifecycle, business and compliance needs through alignment of all stakeholders (across business demand, technology management and technology strategy and end state architecture) using a robust and transparent process.
The roadmap will represent the single source of agreed plan for B2B and technology feeding into future capital processes such as the 3-year financial planning exercise, as well as providing insight into skills and resources that the organisation will require over an extended period. Currently this covers a significant portfolio of over 100 products. This role requires a good understanding of technology, a strategic and commercial mindset, ability to collaborate with many technical specialists and the ability to assure that multiple demands are traded to output a single set of agreed plans.

The must haves
- Proven experience in business architecture or technical architecture in a commercial context or technical sales
- Strong knowledge of relevant and emerging technologies and their business applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to drive complex decisions to conclusion
- Demonstrated awareness of technical products and a proactive approach to incorporating innovative solutions into designs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups
