What you'll be doing…
- Collaborate between HR functional owners, GTS, and other interested parties to support our V Team Central Core HR Workday Application
- Perform mass data uploads to support employee data changes
- Perform system configuration for HR foundational data updates
- Manage Tier 3 help tickets in the HRIS Queue
- Manage all inbox items and Support HRIS team leads in Core HR and Compensation.
- Perform system configuration per the needs of the business.
What we're looking for…
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in SQL/PostgreSQL query.
- JIRA and STAT experience.
- Self-starter able to work independently with limited direction.
- Experience in analyzing data in Workday.
- Test and test plan experience with large projects across a complex landscape.
- Experience in providing technical documentation when initiating trouble tickets, follow-up with the team on any needed clarifications, and work through any roadblocks that come up.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- HR Absence/Core data experience
- Peoplesoft and Workday configuration experience
- Sprint planning and leading scrum calls.
- Solve problems and deliver solutions while maintaining communication across relevant parties.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
