What you'll be doing…

  • Collaborate between HR functional owners, GTS, and other interested parties to support our V Team Central Core HR Workday Application
  • Perform mass data uploads to support employee data changes
  • Perform system configuration for HR foundational data updates
  • Manage Tier 3 help tickets in the HRIS Queue
  • Manage all inbox items and Support HRIS team leads in Core HR and Compensation.
  • Perform system configuration per the needs of the business.

What we're looking for…

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in SQL/PostgreSQL query.
  • JIRA and STAT experience.
  • Self-starter able to work independently with limited direction.
  • Experience in analyzing data in Workday.
  • Test and test plan experience with large projects across a complex landscape.
  • Experience in providing technical documentation when initiating trouble tickets, follow-up with the team on any needed clarifications, and work through any roadblocks that come up.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • HR Absence/Core data experience
  • Peoplesoft and Workday configuration experience
  • Sprint planning and leading scrum calls.
  • Solve problems and deliver solutions while maintaining communication across relevant parties.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
