Marketing Automation is the Verizon strategic program reimagining our ways of working with marketing automation and AI-powered operations. This program allows our internal working teams to automate our manual processes, integrate with key platforms to increase efficiency, and to personalize our day-to-day to more quickly track, manage, and deploy projects at scale. Powered by Adobe Workfront, Marketing Automation is able to make measurable and actionable impacts through its integrative and dynamic streamlining capabilities.
As a Product Development Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of an ongoing workstream. As the Product Development Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the program’s success, ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders, effective use of technology, and continuous improvement of processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the face of your appointed workstream, ensuring all aspects of the program are running smoothly, and hitting weekly deliverables. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align on training, communications, delivery, and scope of work, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged. Leading team status meetings, taking comprehensive notes during status calls, and providing regular status updates are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will deliver status updates weekly and for sprint reviews and quarterly business reviews, ensuring transparency and accountability. Proficiency in Adobe Workfront is necessary, as you will be expected to use this system daily to review backlog items with internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that projects are on track and addressing any potential issues promptly. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Act as the primary representative for the appointed workstream, embodying its vision and objectives.
Ensure the program is running efficiently, meeting its deliverables, and adhering to the planned timeline.
Engaging with key stakeholders to align on training, communications, delivery, and scope of work.

Leading team status meetings to track progress, identify issues, and develop solutions.
Communicating weekly status updates, sprint reviews, and quarterly business reviews to Product Owner to provide transparency on progress and roadblocks.
Taking detailed notes during status calls and distribute them to relevant parties.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with the tech delivery team to ensure project requirements are met.
Utilizing Adobe Workfront daily to manage tasks, review backlog items, and ensure projects stay on track.
Gathering and synthesizing feedback from leaders and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
