What you’ll be doing...
We innovate constantly to help the biggest names in business work quicker and smarter and we apply the same vision and focus to the way we do business. You’ll be conducting moderately complex customer billing analysis and activities by researching and resolving large and small wholesale customer billing claims, as well as conducting various collections-related activities.
Conducting moderately complex customer billing claims research, analysis and resolution.
Processing billing adjustments.
Working with internal sales, support and collections teams to ensure the timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Ensuring individual and departmental claims resolution targets are met.
Developing and documenting methods & procedures to ensure all processes are documented.
Supporting project initiatives and recommending process enhancements and efficiencies.
Conduct various collections-related activities, including customer calls, account reconciliation, and balance transfers.
What we’re looking for...
You are a well-organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but you’ll also have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people.
You’ll need to have:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
One or more years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Prior commercial customer service, billing assurance or claims resolution experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
