Vattenfall IT
In our Finance Solutions Management team we taking care of many key services related to financial topics for all Vattenfall business areas and business units cross Europe.
We are looking for a colleague joining our team to strengthen the internal workforce and keep and increase internal knowledge for SAP ERP ECC /S4 Hana supported or connected services.

For our Transformation Team, part of Vattenfall IT we are now looking for an ambitious System Manager SAP ERP (tasks for Common & Corporate) in Berlin, Hamburg, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Katowice or Gliwice.

What will you do?

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as business experts, lead key user from the business, the System Managers, SAP Basis and cross the organization. You will be together with a colleague be responsible System Manager for a SAP ERP landscape for a German customer. You will be involved in a variety of tasks with direct or indirect connection to SAP systems and especially pay in for the S4 Hana transformation, drive efficiency improvement initiatives and develop new ways of working also outside SAP ERP domain in the role as IT Coordinator or IT Project Manager.

You will be working closely with teams across and take care about daily operations are in order and releases and projects can go live in a compliant and controlled way.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordination of IT tasks with focus of common & corporate topics with SAP ERP relation
  • Planning and execution of the transport process in close cooperation with the release management
  • Support and drive internal and external audit and compliance tasks
  • Be part of the System Management team with own responsibility and contribution
  • You analyze processes, consult and drive optimizations
  • Opportunity to step in as IT PM for assignments

Qualifications

Who are you?

As our System Manager SAP ERP (tasks for Common & Corporate) you bring strong communication skills, an open mindset and an interest in managing SAP related tasks and technical topics with strong operational focus inclusive audit, IT security and compliance. You've got a desire to work locally, but in an international environment and the motivation to drive operation to the next maturity level.

Next to this you bring:

  • The basis of your qualification is an IT education / study or a comparable qualification paired with IT affinity
  • First experiences in the planning and execution of SAP related tasks like transport management, interface management, batch job management, SAP Basis consultant/operation
  • Knowledge of project methods like Prince 2 or IPMA and/or ITIL is an advantage
  • Skills and interest to manage small teams to success with stakeholder management at all levels cross the international organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
