The transition towards an electrified car fleet is moving fast and car manufacturers are struggling to meet the demand from the markets. At the same time, the demands on accessible and reliable charging infrastructure are increasing. With InCharge, we want to help meet these demands and contribute to the transition by offering products and services that facilitate charging comfortably. We are now looking for a Data Protection Coordinator for E-Mobility.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy and roadmap for Data protection;
- Follow up on GDPR topics and make sure we are compliant in all processes;
- Follow up on Business control frameworks and make sure stakeholders follow and create controls;
- Continuously work and report on compliance regards to Privacy;
- Implement the AI Act and more digital legislation relevant for personal data;
- Secure compliance with data protection regulations and internal instructions.

Qualifications
Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Law, Information Security, IT or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in data protection, privacy or a related compliance role;
- Strong knowledge in GDPR and other relevant data protection laws and regulations;
- Team player and strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English both written and spoken;
- Solution-driven and have a positive attitude.
