We’re on the verge of launching some transformational products, to reduce the friction between future students and higher education Institutions, so that everyone is empowered to make the best decision about their future.

We need people like you to help us shape these products, both by creating green field projects and by evolving current systems.

We need somebody with a desire to be creative challenge our current solutions, and have an impact on the lives of millions of students around the world.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with your squad, designers, product managers, and other engineers to define the future of the product.

• Refine ideas and designs with your squad until they are ready to be picked up for development.

• Improve our product suite by developing new features or fixing existing issues.

• Setting standards: Creating new proposals to improve the coding standards of the team.

• Optimising existing code, process, infrastructure and continuous integration

• Push amazing code to production!

This might be for you if

• You have a passion for solving real-world problems.

• We’re seeking a range of experiences for our talent pool and it’s likely you’ve had 4-8+ years experience as an engineer and are looking to take your career to the next level.

• Our Senior engineers mentor other team members and inspire them to produce their best work.

• You've had exposure to coding and testing best practices, with one or more programming languages such as Javascript, Python, and Java.

• Have experience developing backend code in common frameworks such as Flask, and Express.

• Have experience in building and/or using microservices.

• Have knowledge of static typing (eg: TypeScript).

• You enjoy building responsive and accessible React Applications.

• Are eager to learn and implement better practices, as well as to share anything new you learn within the squad or wider tech team.
