ZUR POSITION
- Führe unser großartiges Team in Schwandorf und übernehme die ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Steuerung der Filiale hinsichtlich Personal-, Marketing- und Umsatzverantwortung
- Stelle die Einhaltung der TUI Qualitäts- & Verkaufsstandards sicher, optimiere Arbeitsabläufe und -prozesse und erarbeite verkaufsfördernde Maßnahmen für Neu- und Stammkunden
- Berate und unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Planung und Organisation ihrer schönsten Wochen des Jahres und mache Traumurlaube wahr
- Verkaufe Reisen sowie andere touristische Leistungen aus unserem umfangreichen Produktportfolio
ZU DIR
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Reiseverkehrskauffrau / Tourismuskauffrau (w/m/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Reisebüro, erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Fach-, Produkt- und Zielgebietskenntnisse
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Reservierungs- und Buchungssystemen
- Kommunikative, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
