Job Description

Do you feel completely at home within a warehouse and in the Aviation sector? Then we have a great challenge for you within our Supply Chain team.

As Senior Material Supplier, you will contribute to controlling and managing the inbound and outbound goods flow of aircraft parts and tools. You take into account the rules that apply within aviation to ensure correct processing of requests for parts that come in from your colleagues within the TUI Airlines Group and the Maintenance & Engineering department. You transport parts to and from the aircraft, whereby you are able to foresee any shortages in stock and report this to the Purchasing department. You work mainly in our main stores on Breguetlaan, but also often visit companies at Schiphol-East and Schiphol-Centre to pick up or deliver parts. As a Material Supplier, you work irregular shifts. The day shift is from 6:00 to 14:30 and the evening shift is from 13:00 to 21:30. And once every four weeks you will work a weekend shift from 6:00 to 14:30

ABOUT THE JOB

You will work in a small and close-knit team of one Teamleader Supply Chain and four Senior Material Suppliers. The main activities include receiving and inspecting aircraft parts, creating outgoing shipments and making purchase, repair and pool orders. There is an informal atmosphere where hard work and sociability are paramount. We are looking for a colleague who is accurate, proactive and able to work independently. With your excellent organisational skills, keeping an overview is no problem. You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position in aviation;
  • Completed education at at least MBO level; preferably towards logistics;
  • Knowledge of the MS-Office package, aviation ERP systems;
  • In possession of a driving licence B (driving licence BE is an advantage);
  • In possession of a forklift certificate;
  • Experience with AMOS is a big plus;
  • Authorised receiving inspector in the aviation sector is a plus.

All-round magazijnmedewerker TUI fly gezocht!

Voel jij je helemaal thuis binnen een magazijn en in de Luchtvaart? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou binnen ons Supply Chain team.

Als magazijnmedewerker lever je een bijdrage aan het controleren en beheren van de in- en uitgaande goederenstroom van vliegtuigonderdelen en gereedschappen. Uiteraard houd je hierbij rekening met de regels die gelden binnen de luchtvaart. Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van aanvragen voor onderdelen die van jouw collega’s binnen de TUI Airlines Group en de afdeling Maintenance & Engineering binnen komen. Onderdelen transporteer je van en naar de vliegtuigen, waarbij jij in staat bent eventuele tekorten in voorraden te voorzien en dit te rapporteren aan de afdeling Purchasing.

Je werkt voornamelijk in onze main stores aan de Breguetlaan, maar komt ook vaak bij bedrijven op Schiphol-Oost en Schiphol-Centrum (airside) om onderdelen op te halen of af te leveren. Als magazijnmedewerker werk je in onregelmatige diensten. De dagdienst is van 6:00 tot 14:30 en de avonddienst is van 13:00 tot 21:30. En één keer per vier weken draai je een weekenddienst van 6:00 tot 14:30.

Afdeling

Je komt te werken in een klein en hecht team van één Teamleader Supply Chain en vijf magazijnmedewerkers. De voornaamste werkzaamheden zijn de ontvangst en inspectie van vliegtuigonderdelen, het creëren van uitgaande shipments en het maken van inkoop-, repair- en poolorders. Er heerst een informele sfeer waarin hard werken en gezelligheid voorop staan.

OVER DE ROL

Onze nieuwe collega is accuraat, proactief en in staat zelfstandig te werken. Overzicht behouden is met jouw uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden geen probleem. Je bent communicatief vaardig in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal. Daarnaast breng je de volgende kennis en ervaring mee:

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de luchtvaart;
  • Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau; bij voorkeur richting logistiek;
  • Kennis van het MS-Office Pakket, luchtvaart ERP systemen;
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B (rijbewijs BE is een pré);
  • In het bezit van een heftruck certificaat;
  • Ervaring met AMOS is een grote pré;
  • Geautoriseerd receiving inspector in de luchtvaartsector is een pré.
