Job Description

A key reporting finance role expected to consolidate the Marella P&L and Operational Cashflow with full transparency of any movements. This role will both coordinate inputs across the Marella Finance Team, and also have strong relationships with UK/Group FP&A and Treasury functions to help support delivery of the financial requirements. Being the owner of the reporting models continuing to drive efficiencies across the complex Marella reporting structure will be key.

This role also has a dotted line into the Finance Business Partner, owning the relationships with other areas of finance to ensure recharged overheads and calculated Airline/Distribution contributions are accurately reported for month end, forecasting & budgeting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Reporting / FP&A: Support for all areas of financial performance reporting including month-end reporting, management accounts, variance analysis, HFM/SAP reconciliations and liaising with Cruise Finance team to ensure timely reporting from the team. This role will own all of the Cruise reporting models. This role will also own the overheads cost lines; working with UK&I Overheads & IT teams to ensure accurate and timely intercompany postings, as well as owning the month-end, budgeting and forecasting process for these areas.
  • Business performance packs: This role will be to support the production of performance updates for key stakeholders including UK FP&A, Group FP&A, HEX Management team and Cruise Board. This will include liaising with Cruise finance team and outside FP&A teams
  • Operational Cashflow: Responsible for consolidating and ensuring a robust cashflow which both underpins the foreign exchange hedging requirement and monitors accuracy of monthly phasing
  • KPIs: Responsible for collating and central ownership of key KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Budgeting / Forecasting. Support the annual budget process for Marella, including the collation and reporting of the P&L and cashflow. Role will also support the monthly forecasting of these elements, ensuring timelines and quality of information from the team.
  • Change and Transformation: The role will support driving improvements in reporting out of HFM. The role is also expected to drive efficiencies across the reporting cycle and optimising any consolidation models
