Job Description

As a Senior Digital Product Manager within our Digital Product Management team, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end development of a specific, highly visibile, business critical and complex portion of our Digital Product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining a compelling product vision that addresses both business objectives and evolving market demands. This vision will serve as the foundation for an actionable, strategic product roadmap that guides the work of cross-functional engineering teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of your product line, from inception through launch and beyond, exercising a high level of autonomy to make key decisions within the scope of our business goals. Your deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights will be essential as you lead your team in creating valuable and impactful digital products.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams, you will drive collaboration and alignment on a daily basis, ensuring that the product development process is smooth, efficient, and delivers high-quality results. In addition, you will be expected to represent your product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels across the organization, from operational teams to senior leadership.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for the performance and impact of your product, continuously optimizing it based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market conditions.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product.

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and company strategy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product vision and progress.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product optimization, increased engagement, and growth.
  • Continuously monitor performance to ensure products meets the defined targets.
  • Lead the development and refinement of product features, collaborating in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Be an expert on digital trends, technologies, and innovations that could be leveraged for competitive advantage.
  • Be an agent of change both inside your team / domain / Company and Industry at large.
  • Manage product launches, including post-launch analysis and ongoing iteration.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a strategic thinker with a passion for digital products and a user-centered mindset.
  • You have a positive ambitious mindset and are driven to deliver real value for your users and Company.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a digital environment.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and working with cross funtional engineering teams.
  • Demonstrable track record in managing digital products across different platforms, preferably iOS and Android apps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro), analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Datadog) and virtual cooperation tools (e.g. MS Teams).
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
