The Roster Maintenance Executive is an exciting role within the TUI Airline Northern Region Crew Planning team. As part of the Roster Maintenance team you will be responsible for ensuring all Flight Crew and Cabin Crew rosters are maintained post publication through to the operational window (72 hours prior to day of operation), adhering to compliance requirements of industry regulations, legislation & industrial agreements, whilst also providing outstanding customer service to our crew communities.
In this role, you will report to the Roster Maintenance Team Leader.
During the first three months, the role will be based onsite at Wigmore House for initial training. Following this period, the position will transition to a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week.

ABOUT THE JOB
As the Roster Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for:
- The Flight Crew and Cabin Crew rosters from the point of roster publication through until 72 hours prior to the day of operation, ensuring a full and properly qualified complement of crew operate each flight
- Ensuring each flight is operated in accordance with the relevant Flight Time Limitations and Industrial Agreements in place at the time
- Ensuring that any crew irregularities and violations are recorded and brought to the attention of the relevant department
- Remaining up to date on all legislative requirements and Scheduling Agreements so that this knowledge can be applied to help find creative solutions to protect the operations, whilst remaining within all legal requirements and ensuring our customers get away on holiday on time.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Able to learn and work with policy and or legislative agreements
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
- Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
- A stress resilient person that finds energy in solving problems under time pressure
- A logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Role requires strong business English, both spoken and written.
