Join our global TUI Musement Finance Business Partnering Team and unlock growth potential as a Revenue Analyst, helping to influence key decisions and propel our excursion sales and margins to new heights!

ABOUT THE JOB

• As a key member of the business partnering team, you will support the head of destinations by providing trading insights through data analytics and support the business with identifying and optimiSing value creation opportunities and set business objectives

• Support the business partnering finance analysts with the preparation of ad hoc analysis and reports by using internal data sources and providing detailed analysis on trading trends, by destination, source markets, distribution channel, product and hotel/rep.

• Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reporting, tracking performance against targets and KPI’s and providing insights on root cause analysis.

• Provide support to the in-resort sales and destination teams in the production of monthly trading forecasts.

• You will support the destination teams in setting monthly targets to drive growth in sales and margins and linking this into the remuneration schemes.

• Be actively involved in key finance and data projects, identifying and recommending ways to continually improve the trading reporting processes through automation, adopting new technologies and looking at ways we can enhance data quality.

ABOUT YOU

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar would be an advantage

• Previous experience working within a finance function, particularly in data analytics

• Ability to think and work analytically, including strong problem-solving skills and attention to the detail

• Good Team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong data management skills – BI skills (Power BI, Tableau etc), MS Excel, MS PPT, other systems and tools

• Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent level of English, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
