Job Description

TUI Group is the world’s number one integrated tourism business. Within TUI Group, TUI Airline regroups all airline activities across UK, Nordics, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Morocco, France, and the Dutch Antilles.

This is an exciting role within our Optimisation, Reporting & Analysis team which sits within Manpower & Crew Planning (M&CP) a key pillar within our wider airline organisation. The team are responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance our aircrew rosters through reporting & analysis that drive continuous improvement. That is achieved with an innovative team who overlay multiple scenarios to propose optimal solutions.

To ensure the integrity of our reporting & analysis, deep collaboration will be required with stakeholders across the organisation. You will also grow some of our reporting initiatives from the proof-of-concept stage through to being developed into key tools. This will be delivered by working closely with our Airline Data Solutions team which includes both Data Science and Analytics specialists.

The Reporting & Analysis Lead role is suited to somebody with an analytical mind who enjoys problem solving. Exceptional attention to detail, presentation and advanced SQL skills are essential.

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Business Process Optimisation.

We are happy to consider this opportunity on a hybrid working model basis. After initial training, we envisage on average 1 day per week will be office based (except where local office requirements supercede this) and there will be some requirement to travel so flexibility is required in this regard.
