As Project Analyst you will be a valued member of TUI Hotels & Resorts Portfolio Management team. The Portfolio Management function is at the forefront of TUI Hotels & Resorts long term strategy development overseeing our more than 430 hotels & resorts as well as our growth pipeline globally. The team is driving projects in close collaboration with our hotel partners and other group functions. Projects may include a broad range of topics from analyzing hotel growth opportunities, assessing new growth destinations, supporting our IT transformation, driving sustainability targets to managing our Joint Venture companies. The nature of the work is characterized by internationalism, diversity, agility and teamwork.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support different multi-stakeholder projects by gathering and analyzing complex data and synthesizing relevant data into actionable insights.
  • Developing, refining and delivering high quality presentations tailored to executive-level decision makers
  • Translate complex topics and data into clear and visually appealing formats and provide summaries for strategic projects
  • Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint functions to build and maintain detailed project dashboards and Top management updates
  • Prepare concise, well-structured summaries of research, reports and meeting outcomes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate data and insights
  • Support in project management and act as a point of contact to ensure alignment between teams on project deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies and strategic reports
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Managers
  • Prepare market and trend analysis of new destinations, competitors, hotel portfolios and business development projects.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or similar quantitative related areas
  • 2-3 Years of relevant working experience
  • Passion for numbers, quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting
  • General knowledge about project management
  • Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills required
  • Driven, hard-working, proactive and results oriented
  • Effective and reliable team player with strong work ethics and the ability to work in agile teams
  • Able to build empathy and win the trust of the stakeholders
  • Organized, fast-paced, flexible, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Rapid grasp of new concepts as well as an analytical way of thinking
  • Fluency in English, German as a plus
