Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will contribute with relevant system knowledge to identify improvement opportunities, define their scope and to set the measurement framework (Definition & Measurement phases)
  • You will contribute to analysis and improvement phases by identifying root causes of issues & as well as system and configuration-based solutions to the root causes
  • Together with the Process Excellence Champions you will coordinate the implementation part of the Improvement phase. You will deliver changes in system configuration, master data, mapping, user roles etc. Further on, you will conduct tests of a Go-Live and train & support the delivery teams on technical issues throughout the Go-Live & stabilisation phase.
  • Together with the process consultant you will participate in transformation projects that have significant impact on future To-Be processes
  • You will participate in on-the-spot immediate issue-fixing & improvement activities organized by the BPM-CIP champions, providing technical fixes if applicable.
  • You will provide technical expertise for process performance monitoring & activities for example through Process Mining

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong background in SAP-based finance processes or other Finance/ERP solutions
  • Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement and/or project management
  • Ideally university degree in business, economics, computer science or similar
  • Very good knowledge of standard MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of BI, SQL, Query & related tools as well as BPM tools desirable
  • Strong analytical skills & conceptual thinking
  • Ability to integrate process & systems perspective for a holistic view on process excellence
  • Strong team player, ability to work together with process owners, delivery teams
  • An organized, autonomous approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Fluent in English and the respective local language (i.e., German, Spanish)
