The Process Excellence Assistant Consultant supports process owners with improving efficiency & quality, as well as change and transformation projects across transactional finance processes. You will be responsible for supporting teams, customers and stakeholders to drive and implement effective and
measurable benefits through process improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology

ABOUT THE JOB
- Support teams to identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
- You will collaborate with teams to implement changes and by supporting rapid improvement events
- Conduct process mapping and use root cause analysis techniques to resolve process issues,
- reduce manual processes and identify opportunities for automation (RPA)
- Measure and analyse activity across the team, supporting the development of the KPI frameworkand tracking KPIs to highlight occurring issues for improvement.
- You will apply a KPI driven approach to managing processes and quantifying benefits of process improvements.
- You will champion and endorse standardised working, facilitate workshops and activity to alignprocesses as far as possible, and to embed best practices for all common processes.
- You will contribute to transformational projects by supporting requirements gathering, gapanalysis, testing (UAT) activity, defect management and training.
- Champion business change and actively encourage innovation, blue sky thinking and continuous improvement
- Develop, update and maintain all process documentation as standard, and also following changeimplementation or as support for training or stabilisation phases of transformational projects
- Build strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders across O2C teams
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a similar position with a minimum of 3 years developing business improvementskills
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement advantageous
- Exceptional analytical mind set and problem solving skills; ability to understand process issues, toquestion the ‘status quo’ and to conclude on acceptable solutions
- Articulate communicator and strong facilitation skills; able to interact with a diverse group ofstakeholders
- An engaging can-do mindset that overcomes resistant to change. Unafraid to challenge, or bechallenged by, colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PowerPoint, Visio experience is preferred
- Native German speaker, Fluent in English, other languages (Spanish, French) are a plus
