Job Description

Join our team as a Port Operations Office Admin where you will be supporting the operations team on administrative duties. Based on Mallorca, you will ensure an excellent service and timely fulfillment of the requested duties.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support Management preparing rates and forecasts for clients, bookings, and modifications with port authorities.
  • Elaborate supplier sourcing and rate comparisons for hotels, transportation companies and other services.
  • Assist Port Agents with office based operational requests, receiving packages / sorting & documenting for delivery to clients.
  • Responsible for office purchasing needs and coordinating maintenance needs.
  • Prepare office expense invoices for payment.
  • Responsible for keeping office equipment registered and under control.
  • Responsible for preparing the ship’s ecotax, as well as the tax declaration.
  • Administer the administrative duties for taxes and visa procedures required by the ships.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish language, both written and oral.
  • Must have a current residency in Mallorca.
  • Good academic background. Administrative studies are desirable.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Problem solving, communication, and adaptable capabilities.
  • Good office administration and organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Orientation to results and customer service.
