Join our Cruise Operations Team in Port Everglades as a Planning Specialist. As Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff for cruise operations.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Plan, schedule and ensure the required number of staff are provided for terminal operations & any extra staffing requests, with direction from the Port Delivery Managers

• Attend terminal operations as required to assist with Operations or help agents with ISP
• Develop and maintain continuous communication with Port Delivery colleagues and internal and external stakeholders as directed
• Work closely with Manager, HR to keep a clean Active staff list, understand disciplinary situations, and release staff as needed

• Solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & drive our digital culture.
• Agility to juggle strategic priorities/projects whilst delivering day-to-day operational logistics
• A genuinely helpful, flexible, and professional personality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
• A competency and comfort with electronics & ability to function in a variety of programs/systems to include but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and other proprietary platforms
