Job Description

The P2P Payment Coordinator Destination Settlement is reporting directly to the P2P Team Leader Destination Settlement and will be required to work as part of a global team of Payment Coordinators. They will be responsible in delivering excellent customer service by ensuring all payment queries are responded to in line with our service level agreements. Furthermore they will ensure that all suppliers are paid to terms and a good working relationship is maintained.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Foster excellent relationships with suppliers and internal customers
  • Handle queries promptly, explaining costs and payment terms
  • Collaborate with offshore partners to resolve invoice errors
  • Review and approve manual booking changes for accuracy
  • Process receivables for post-departure changes
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage supplier master data and service codes
  • Support team members, improve processes, and contribute to reporting

ABOUT YOU

  • A good Accounts Payable background
  • Strong influencing skills
  • You will be required to have an excellent telephone manner along with excellent written and oral skills
  • You must have strong interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • You will be required to work to tight deadlines and show excellent communication skills
  • We also require a candidate with good commercial awareness
  • A sound knowledge of working with SAP would be an advantage
  • Fluent English language skills are required
