Job Description

Join TUI MM in our Operations Support Team as an Operations Support Hub Service & Source Market Executive in Cancun, Mexico.

As an Operations Support HUB Service and Source Market Executive, you will be responsible to provide administrative support and be the link between multiple key stakeholders within the business. In a virtual, global environment, you will ensure that these processes are aligned and consistent and assure that all necessary controls are in place, whilst delivering a personalized human-centric approach with every interaction, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are always addressed with care and attention to detail.

ABOUT YOU

  • Exceptional administration, planning and organizational skills.
  • Computer literate and technically capable of working within a new digital service environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on planning ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Other languages would be advantageous to service the source markets and destination teams in the local language when possible.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • A talented team player with the ability to work remotely and who wants to learn, grow, and drive their career while spreading smiles across the globe.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage the generic OSH email mailbox, responding to, following up on, and handling all associated messages, including those related to legal claims, legal recoveries, reclaims, and complaints
  • Handling all JIRA tickets, including requests for system access, money wallet management, and other OSH-related topics.
  • Handling incident management cases by taking actions as requested by the source market
  • Coordinating with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business to address post-holiday complaints and legal claims.
  • Assist with similar administrative tasks from other business units.
