Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Hub Team as an OSH Admin Executive in Bangkok.

You will provide administrative support and act as a link between key stakeholders. In a global virtual environment, you will ensure process alignment, consistency, and necessary controls while delivering a personalized, detail-oriented approach to all inquiries and issues.

ABOUT YOU

  • Outstanding skills in planning, administration, and management, along with experience or education in finance and accounting.
  • Proficient with computers and technically skilled to operate in a new digital and global virtual service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on future planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, regional requirements for additional languages being advantageous for liaising with key stakeholders across multiple destinations.
  • Travel industry knowledge is valuable as well as experience dealing with ambiguity within a global and multinational environment.
  • A talented team player capable of working remotely and independently in a fast-paced virtual environment, eager to learn, grow, and advance their career while spreading smiles worldwide.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for the processing of global remote liquidations, including controlling, reconciling, and recording data in the relevant systems.
  • Handling source market payments and collections, reconciling accounts, and meeting strict deadlines to provide the necessary data.
  • Ensure that all employees follow the rules and procedures for the liquidation process.
  • Responsible for maintaining the property management tool by uploading contracts, downloading reports, and supporting other essential tasks related to property management as needed.
  • Responsible for calculating commissions for all sales representatives and ensuring adherence to deadlines to send final reports to HR departments for processing.
  • Provide data analysis and ad hoc reporting on request, liaising with operational, finance and revenue departments.
  • Handling JIRA tickets, including money wallet management.
  • Assist with similar administrative tasks from other business units.
