Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Malta.

You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Competitive salary package.
  • 40 working hours/week (from Monday till Saturday).

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • A genuinely helpful, flexible regarding working hours and professional personality.
  • In unexpected situations remain calm, important work well under pressure and be able to offer empathy to resolve effectively in general – with our team and/or customers.
  • Willing to learn the requirements of the position, the technology needed to perform it and all about our amazing products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese is required for this role. Other European languages would be advantageous.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Organization of groups as their confirmed programs. Check if the hotels are reserved as the requested program and coordinate all the necessary suppliers for the groups (guides, transportation, restaurants, entrances).
  • Contact with our customers, before, during and after the trip, to manage changes, cancelations, new requests, prepayments, solve problems and handle complaints when necessary.
  • Provide support for cruise preparation activities at the port, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Prepare vouchers and documentation needed for the tour and briefing with the tour leaders / guides prior to starting the tour.
  • Tracking of bookings received through online channels / platforms.
  • Create bookings in our system including all the services required for the program and their corresponding costs.
  • Manage administrative tasks, prepayments and resolve cost discrepancies.
