Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our team in Cyprus as an Operations Agent - Excursions.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 17.800€ gross per year.
  • 40 working hours/week with shifts (from 08:00-17:00 or from 09:00-18:00 including 1 hour for a lunch break).
  • 2 days off/week.
  • We offer seasonal contract, starting from 03/03/2025, ending on 15/11/2025.
  • We pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & language lessons.

ABOUT YOU

  • Good administration skills, strong planning, organisation and confident with technology.

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.

  • A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality.

  • A culturally intelligent individual, exceptional dealing with ambiguity, within a global perspective and a multinational environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English is required. Knowledge of Greek language is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • A collaborative team player who wants to learn, grow and embrace the digital culture.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.

  • Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.

  • Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur.

  • Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.

  • Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.

  • Managing amendments and communicating them to Service Delivery Team and suppliers, guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimizing costs and load factor.
