Job Description

The way we work across the TUI Group is changing. Our goal is to be a truly integrated global travel company, digitally empowered, utilising the same platforms and processes to deliver the most competitive, innovative and desired holiday experience for our customers. The creation of a centralised Inflight Services team will enable harmonisation in Inflight Service activities and processes across the five TUI airlines and thereby maximise profits by applying best practice to all Inflight Services operations. The main purpose of this role is to provide analytical support to the Inflight Services Finance team and to assist in business partnering.

As a member of the IFS finance team, you will support the IFS Finance team on the monthly finance calendar and pick up responsibilities as and when needed for finance. There is also the opportunity to business partner with the IFS colleagues across TUI Airlines. This role is bases in Rijswijk and for Dutch Students only.

About the job

  • Support financial activities, including month end, budgeting, and forecasting for Inflight Services.
  • Be part of a centralised finance team supporting the change agenda.
  • Help integrate and standardise a structured financial approach across TUI Airline.
  • Opportunity to own a month end process.
  • Learn about the wider operations of TUI Airline.
  • Work with business partners.

About You

  • You must be a student who is attending a university in the Netherlands

  • Eager to learn and a born self-educator

  • Structured and coordinated, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of Excel; including vlookups & Pivot Tables

  • Willingness to travel within Netherlands and Belgium

  • This role requires strong business Dutch and English (written & spoken).
