Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented After Travel Intern to join our dynamic team!

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in handling customer claims and support in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who will guide you in managing post-holiday claims, processing requests, and ensuring a smooth resolution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the review and processing of customer claims related to post-holiday issues (e.g., issues in accommodation, delays, lost luggage, refunds).

  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to gather necessary information for claims processing.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service, legal) to resolve claims effectively.

  • Ensure that all claims are accurately documented in our systems, maintaining a high level of organization.

  • Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their claims and answer any follow-up questions.

  • Support the After Travel Team Leader in administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Swedish.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A customer-focused attitude and a desire to learn about the travel and claims process.

  • Previous customer service or claims experience is a plus.

  • You need to be available for an internship period that is minimum 6 months long.

  • You need to be based in Stockholm.
