Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented After Travel Intern to join our dynamic team!
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in handling customer claims and support in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who will guide you in managing post-holiday claims, processing requests, and ensuring a smooth resolution for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the review and processing of customer claims related to post-holiday issues (e.g., issues in accommodation, delays, lost luggage, refunds).
Communicate with customers via email and phone to gather necessary information for claims processing.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, customer service, legal) to resolve claims effectively.
Ensure that all claims are accurately documented in our systems, maintaining a high level of organization.
Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their claims and answer any follow-up questions.
Support the After Travel Team Leader in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Swedish.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A customer-focused attitude and a desire to learn about the travel and claims process.
Previous customer service or claims experience is a plus.
You need to be available for an internship period that is minimum 6 months long.
You need to be based in Stockholm.
