Job Description

Join our global TUI Musement Internal Communication Team as an Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist where you can use your experience and expertise to develop messages, content, and communication plans that boost colleague engagement and support the delivery of our TUI Musement business strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Thoughtfully develop content and communication plans in-line with the TUI Musement business strategy, whilst aligning with the overall TUI Group strategy

  • Support teams around the business to deliver global initiatives through communication plans, advice, support, and tactical delivery

  • Provide relevant content for communication channels and campaigns, ensuring all communication aligns with our key messages and internal branding

  • Ensure message consistency, in terms of style and tone of voice, and continually ‘connect the dots’ for colleagues to show how everything supports our business strategy and vision

  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Support virtual and face to face forums, helping to prepare materials and share outputs

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal

  • Creative and engaging writing ability

  • Experience in delivering communication plans from start to finish

  • Ability to adapt and target communication to different audiences

  • Effective internal and external interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

  • Ability to manage projects within an international context

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of internal communication processes

  • Communication related education is desirable - alternatively solid communications industry experience
