Job Description

Are you a social media native and have great interpersonal skills? We are looking for an intern to engage with our Swedish social media community in TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. This is your chance to put your skills to practice and join our Nordic Social Media team as an intern working with community engagement. The internship includes answering comments on our social media posts and engaging with the community on our various social platforms. In addition you will help us by managing our Facebook group “Res med TUI” by creating simple, text-based content and manage social competitions. You will also help sort through user-generated content from our community. After a successful onboarding and introduction to our Marketing department and TUI we have made a Learning & Development Plan for you ensuring your will get the most out of your internship period with us.

You will work closely together with our Social Media Manager and Community Specialist and your tasks could include:

  • Commenting on public posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Reporting on sentiment and community insights on a monthly basis
  • Managing Tone of Voice on Social Media
  • Take part in crisis handling on social media
  • Managing UGC content from the community and customers

Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a higher education program in Sweden
  • Language skills Swedish and English, any other Nordic languages are a huge plus
  • You are able to start your internship from the spring period 2025 accordingly to your internship period at your university
  • We seek Interns who are eager to learn and put in the work as they will be a valuable part of our daily work
