Within TUI Group, TUI Airline regroups all airline activities across UK, Nordics, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Morocco, France, and the Dutch Antilles. Customer, Cabin and Inflight Services (CCIS) is a function within our airline organisation responsible for development and delivery of our Inflight customer proposition. Within CCIS, the Inflight Product & Catering team provides specialist product and culinary development expertise to deliver market leading inflight hospitality.

Your responsibility as Inflight Product Pricing Lead will be to analyse and report the compliance of the airline product team against key performance metrics and annual budgets. Working closely with a wide range of business partners, you will be a key stakeholder in creating a value focused team with access the accurate and meaningful pricing information.

In this role, you will report to the Inflight Product & Performance Manager, ensuring internal and external stakeholders provide pricing information in accordance to the department processes and timelines, and analyse performance against the agreed product, location and/or department budget. As an experienced analyst, you will contribute to ensuring the department delivers against our key financial performance metrics.

**This role can be based in Luton, Hanover, Stockholm, Rijswijk or Zaventem on a hybrid working basis with a minimum of 2-3 office days per week.**

ABOUT THE JOB

.As Inflight Product Pricing Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Pricing Data Management: Ensure global suppliers provide accurate pricing information in coordination with the culinary team, adhering to documentation standards and menu development timelines.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations on pricing performance and strategy, maintaining records of pricing decisions and changes, and updating senior management regularly.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate pricing performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support monitoring and reporting on key pricing metrics and KPIs.

  • Supplier Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert during pricing discussions at menu design and selection, train suppliers on pricing documentation and expectations, and assist with invoicing queries.

  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor the financial performance of the catering cost base, collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities, and maintain a register of financial risks and opportunities.

  • Supplier Management: Support the procurement department in market activities, contract negotiations, and dispute resolutions, and assist with business cases to secure approvals in accordance with governance framework.



ABOUT YOU

  • Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools and software like Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding financial metrics to assess the financial impact of pricing strategies.
  • Ability to clearly articulate pricing strategies and financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to address pricing and financial challenges.
  • Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and financial reporting.
