ABOUT THE JOB
Accurate processing of employee data and payroll (outsourced), including data entry, validation, and reporting in alignment with company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing employment documentation, managing forms, and generating various reports.
Administer candidates’ right-to-work documentation and manage pre-hiring processes, including offers and onboarding.
Process new hires and terminations in the HR systems and ensure timely communication with local authorities (e.g., tax and social security offices).
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
Participate in process improvement activities and propose ideas to streamline document handling and information gathering.
Support globalization initiatives in People Services and collaborate on best practices with international colleagues.
Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR administrative processes.
ABOUT YOU
Prior experience in an administrative role with payroll preparation is preferred.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle and analyze large datasets with accuracy.
Demonstrates high integrity and confidentiality in handling HR information.
Proactive problem-solver, comfortable embracing and supporting change.
Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and autonomously when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in Croatian and English (both verbal and written).
