Job Description

Joining the TUI Dublin Contact Centre Team as a Holiday Advisor, we will help you become an expert of our destinations, products and procedures to respond to, resolve and service a range of customer contacts. As a Holiday Advisor you will deliver a high-quality sales & service to both Travel Agents’ and direct Customers prior to holiday departure by contact channel of their choice; delivering sales, through service, of our products to enhance the holiday experience of all of our customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Provide support to travel agents & direct/web customers, making & amending bookings, and answering general queries relating to our programme
  • Upselling ancillaries associated with the holiday and taking/chasing payments, where necessary
  • Ability to resolve customer queries/complaints quickly, professionally and confidently, at all times aiming for a one-call resolution
  • Confident in multi-tasking and fulfilling all functional aspects of the Sales & Distribution division
  • Work in conjunction with colleagues from relevant departments (in Ireland, the UK, resort and off-shore) to support other areas of the business
  • Opportunity to take on project work to support your career development

ABOUT YOU

  • Travel Agent or Call Centre experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience of working in a results-driven environment to achieve personal targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sales skills desirable
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Amadeus Experience desirable
  • PC Literate
  • Able to work flexible hours across the call centre opening hours 9-6pm including weekends and bank holidays on an annualised hour’s basis
  • Able to commute to the Dublin Contact Centre (D04 K7H2) for a blend of office and home-working
