Job Description

We are looking for a Swedish E-commerce & Personalisation Executive, based in Stockholm, with our local E-commerce team. The position is a permanent position.

In this position, you will be responsible for Packaging, merchandising and optimising how we present our full product portfolio and campaigns across TUI Nordics’ sites.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Personalise, segment, optimize and optimize commercial product content and offers through Adobe Target source market CMS
  • Deliver great content and develop ideas on how to merchandise inventory to new and existing customer segments.
  • Track and follow up data
  • Support in A/B testing and testing new capabilities and segments.
  • Support other E-commerce teams i.e., Web, App and Campaign
  • Drive sales through personalisation and segmentation of commercial content and messages week-on-week – with a focus on driving sales
  • Package and merchandise hotel, resort and destination content with commercial focus aligned with plans and priorities
  • Analysis and optimization
  • Report technical issues
  • Support the wider team

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong hands-on experience
    • of producing online sales driving content and product packaging
    • in content production B2C
    • optimising online content, both inspiring and commercial focus
  • Experience from working within digital business, e-commerce and digital development required
  • Experience with web-analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Sales driven and experienced in E-commerce with a good understanding of online consumer buying behaviour
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and experience with Adobe Target
  • Strong commercial awareness & with a passion for communication with high sales focus
  • Excellent written communication skills in local language for digital channels to a variety of audiences
  • Analytical and business-oriented mind set
  • Creative, positive thinking, keen on getting details in place, solution oriented team player with a big focus on making a successful delivery
