Job Description

As the Digital Creative Optimisation Executive, you will support our key Digital Marketing channels (Display, Paid Social, Affiliates, Paid Search, Metasearch and YouTube) to identify opportunities to improve and maintain our creatives driving online sales and growing our brands. Alongside the Senior Digital Creative Optimisation Executive, you will work on many exciting content related projects and be responsible for the delivery of content across multiple channels by using your own creative skills and support from the content team. You will also take ownership of the weekly creative briefing process for all paid digital channels. You’ll not only cover our TUI brand but also a wide range of sub brands including First Choice, Marella Cruises, TUI River Cruises and Crystal Ski.

At TUI we believe that work is something you do not somewhere you go, therefore we are pleased to advise we can consider a hybrid working model for this opportunity. The successful candidate would need to be willing to come to our Luton based head office at least once per week.Closing date for applications will be Tuesday 5th December

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Responsible for day-to-day creative build and management of display creatives and will proactively identify opportunities to improve performance through our digital content
  • Provision of creative assets to all digital channels enabling them to promote the latest trading priorities on a weekly basis
  • Support day-to-day creative amends and artwork for Affiliates and Paid Social
  • Supporting the senior creative optimisation executive on any key content related projects across all digital marketing channels and assist with building and maintaining a testing roadmap
  • Involvement in copywriting across Display, Affiliates and Paid social, with support from the editorial team
  • Involvement in optimising our approach to YouTube with a holistic view of owned and paid for media.

ABOUT YOU

  • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for travel
  • Some Photoshop experience with a keen eye for creative excellence
  • Good at prioritising and delivering to tight deadlines
  • An interest in technology and a basic understanding of how advertising technology can help deliver relevant content to customers
  • A curious mind, seeking to learn and develop
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to manage and interact with multiple stakeholders
  • An understanding of how digital marketing channels work is desirable but not essential
