Job Description

We are expanding our team of sales agents, and are looking for people passionate about Sales, Holiday travels and Service. At our Customer Center, we do our outmost to help our customers to fulfill their holiday dreams, and we are now looking for Danish speaking salesperson to join our team. In this role, you need to be speaking Danish and be fluent in English, both verbal and written. We are welcoming candidates for both full-time work but also hourly workers with possibilities to combine with studies.

It is important that you are flexible with a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems. We work with several different systems, so you need to be comfortable working on a computer, communicating with our customers via phone and chat.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your daily tasks is:

  • Working efficiently towards achieving sales targets and other goals

  • Guide our customers to the perfect holiday experience

  • Upsell and offer additional TUI products to improve their holiday

  • Deliver personalized service via phone, chat and multimedia channels

  • Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to customer retention

  • Answering & solving customer questions in existing bookings

  • Handling changes before departure with a solution oriented approach

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience from sales, customer service or similar roles

  • Finished secondary school
  • Passionate about sales and motivated to drive continuous improvement in daily performance
  • Self-motivated to deliver personalized and professional customer service
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English is required
  • Driven to support & help customers with sales in a personal way
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in more than one Nordic language is a plus
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Prior background in handling digital and phone-based customer interactions is a plus
