Customer Sales & Service Agent - Norway

We are searching for a Norwegian speaking full-time Customer Sales & Service Agent to our Nordic Customer Center. At our Customer Center, we do our utmost to help our customers to fulfill their holiday dreams.

Your role is to guide the customer to the correct product while on the phone, chat & social media.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your daily tasks will be to:

• Sale of holidays and additional TUI products
• Engage with customers on phone, chat and multimedia channels
• Ensure excellent customer service and contribute to customer retention
• Answering & solving customer questions and handling changes to existing bookings
  

ABOUT YOU

• Norwegian speaking & fluent in English. Any other Nordic language is a plus
• Love to sell and is results oriented
• Flexible with positive attitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Work independently
• Like fast pace
• Computer-comfortable
• Able to work daytime and evenings, as well as weekends
