Job Description
The CRM Reporting Analyst within our CRM &CX analytics team is responsible for a mix of different reporting tasks from measurement and building of key CRM performance reports and dashboards to creating insights to drive CRM performance. You manage the generation of insights that help the company to better understand our customers, increase engagement and drive sales and customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Define requirements together with CRM and build a suite of timely and accurate reports and dashboards (campaign performance, base, retention etc.)
- Run and optimize weekly performance reports and dashboards
- Change/add new data (sources) and views to the dashboards according to business changes
- Build a deep understanding of campaign metrics, customer data and be able to share in presentations
- Build and maintain reporting data flows and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine dashboards, reports and data flows to locate and resolve any issues, mistakes and changes throughout
- Provide meaningful and actionable CRM insights into performance, including the drivers of performance, root-cause of under-performance and mitigating actions. Provide recommendations that enhance future performance.
- Build and develop relationships with CRM and local Analytics teams, communicate effectively, host sessions for forums etc. to improve usability of the dashboards and share knowledge
ABOUT YOU
- University degree (numerical study e.g. econometrics, mathematics, statistics)
- Experience in customer analytics / data analyst roles/ performance reporting
- Extensive knowledge of Tableau (preferred) or any other dashboarding tools
- Proven track record of creating and delivering regular reporting
- Experience in Alteryx, SAS or any other analytical tools
- SQL/ Phyton/R or other programming languages
- Ability and desire to work and collaborate as part of an international and a cross-functional team to deliver successful outcomes.
