Job Description
TUI is evolving its customer marketing to be individually relevant, using customer history, propensity and real-time data.
Now is an excellent time to join our team as we advance to highly personalised, data-driven campaigns. As a CRM Analytics & Optimisation Specialist, you will deliver insights that drive key decisions for our automated campaigns. You'll analyse customer and campaign data to generate valuable insights, identifying opportunities to enhance consumer understanding, engagement, sales, and experience. Additionally, you will establish a testing framework to optimise our real-time marketing campaigns powered by Braze.
This role can be based in either our Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Oostende or Stockholm office. Closing date for applications will be the 16th October.

ABOUT THE JOB
Your key areas of responsibility and accountability will focus on delivering insights and campaign production:
Campaign and audience analytics
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data and CRM channel performance, utilizing statistical methods to inform and optimize CRM strategies.
- Useestablished analytical techniques to generate data insights and translate these into clear business stories that drive action.
- You will have a deep understanding of campaign metrics, understanding of channel mix and audience optimization, which includes statistical knowledge and testing techniques.
- You will be the linking pin between the Group CRM Centre of Excellence team and the Group Analytics team to ensure the proper methodologies are used and information and insight are shared.
Campaign optimisation design
- Work together with Group Analytics to define A/B testing methodologies, conduct multivariate tests, and translate data insights into actionable marketing optimizations.
- Designs more advanced campaign optimisations and campaign tests for all of the Centre of Excellences and makes recommendations for improvements to campaigns.
- Works with the Centre of Excellence team to input into and translate campaign briefs into campaign tests in Braze canvases and templates
- Ensures exploring audience size for marketing automations is optimised by effective selections, appropriate suppressions and intelligent defaults to ensure relevant customers are not omitted.
- Work with our Platform and Group Analytics team to ensure that all data requirements are defined and understood to support the delivery and evaluation of each campaign and test.
CRM campaign optimisation production support
- Supporting the design & build of campaigns for the optimization and tests executed across different customer lifecycles. Ensuring they are built in the most efficient way to demonstrate test hypothesis or uplifts.
- Become an expert in the capabilities and features of Braze on campaign testing and optimisations, so you leverage the full power of the platform in the automations you build.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in similar analytical and or campaign optimisation roles
- Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrable analytical problem solving capabilities
- Good technical knowledge of marketing platforms, and good knowledge of relevant coding languages (SQL, Phython, R, Liquid script etc.)
- Nice to have: experience with implementing multichannel marketing communications through industry-leading technology (ideally Braze but also Salesforce, Adobe, EMarsys, IBM etc.)
- Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where some travel will be required.
- Fluent in English, ability in other languages desirable but not essential (German, French or Dutch)
- Strong problem solving capabilities, organisation skills and very logical train of thought
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working within a fast-changing environment
