The TUI Hotels & Resorts Distribution team manages the sales and marketing for our owned and joint venture hotel brands, including AQI, TUI MAGIC LIFE, and TUI Blue (internally referred to as "M3"). With TUI Group’s strategic focus on expanding its fully controlled hotels and clubs, ensuring strong commercial performance through optimal channel management and pricing is essential.
As a Commercial Executive, your primary goal will be to enhance the profitability of the TUI Hotels & Resorts portfolio. You’ll achieve this by analysing sales and revenue data, supporting discussions with new partners — particularly third-party tour operators — and identifying opportunities in emerging markets where TUI’s presence is limited.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyse weekly sales and financial reports for TUI hotels and competitor properties to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the achievement of optimal bed utilization across all hotels by maintaining regular contact with hotels and partners.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial and operational environment within TUI Hotels & Resorts.
- Research and interpret data on gateway markets, international demand trends, and capacity changes to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), forecasts, and other performance metrics to recommend improvements and support the achievement of hotel targets.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency or profitability across the business.
- Serve as a key point of contact for hotel information, ensuring continuous communication with partners and promoting the group’s hotel portfolio.
- Review current international contract terms and conditions, highlighting areas for improvement or new opportunities.

- Proficiency in common computer applications, including a solid understanding of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, both within the UK and internationally, for events and meetings with hotel partners.
