Job Description

To deliver detailed analysis, gather and validate business requirements, and support the successful delivery of transformation projects across First Choice. The role involves shaping processes, systems, and solutions that align with business objectives and drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and design future-state workflows
  • Align project milestones with business needs and participate in solution design
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional groups
  • Develop test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage defects
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions
  • Stay informed on industry trends and promote continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industries
  • Strong expertise in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for technology transformation projects
  • Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and delivering process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with systems like inventory management or online booking platforms is desirable
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Exceptional analytical skills to break down complex problems and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
