Job Description

Join our Global TUI Musement Operations Hub as a Booking Executive to manage and ensure all booking information from our customers are correctly integrated in our systems, and provide the best digital service for our customers.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience user knowledge of Asterix would be highly desirable.
  • Is a great logically thinker and can work well independently or as a team.
  • Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues.
  • Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English is required. Additional languages advantageous.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Monitoring automatic integration of bookings and updating the booking system.
  • Checking special requests bookings and registering the requirements.
  • Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and destinations of the business also liaising with suppliers and our clients.
  • To solve discrepancies between providers and internal administration.
  • To use internal client's systems to follow up on roomings and payments when applicable.
  • Process bookings of non-integrated clients.
  • Ensure validations are in place to guarantee data consistency.
  • Ensure maximum capacity (and revenue) from commitment properties and allotment handling, when required..

TUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business. It combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery, to offer excursions, activities, tickets and transfers in more than 50 countries worldwide. There are over 130,000 ‘things to do’ in all major holiday and city destinations, which are distributed through B2B partners, via the Musement and TUI websites and direct to TUI customers. We also offer services to cruise lines through Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in ports worldwide. TUI Musement sold around 10 million excursions, tours and activities delivered by our international colleagues located around the world and is one of the major growth areas of TUI Group.
