ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the execution of roadmaps across group functions (e.g., CRM, App, Digital, Marketing) to drive new developments in ancillary sales channels.
  • Collaborate with regional ancillary teams to identify initiatives and relevant channel teams to ensure successful delivery, maximizing the uptake of ancillaries.
  • Contribute to ancillary content and branding to drive maximum uptake of key products and ensure a consistent tone of voice across channels.
  • Manage the execution of new opportunities in the ancillary optimization test roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders to prioritize, implement, and measure results.
  • Understand and optimize the overall customer journey for ancillary purchases across channels and touchpoints, seeking to establish new ones.
  • Support the prioritization of ancillaries in new IT platforms and channels to deliver improvements based on business and customer priorities.

ABOUT YOU

  • Good commercial acumen with the ability to balance commercial targets with customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across markets.
  • Evidence of seeking out best practices, a passion for innovation, and competitor analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketing and touchpoint optimization is beneficial.
  • Data-driven approach, ability to use key metrics and analytics to drive recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Comfortable identifying new opportunities and executing within a defined business strategy, adapting to regional and business needs.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills based on customer and commercial insights.
