We are looking for a full-time employee for the sales team:
Advisor Sales UK/Nordics for ROBINSON & TUI MAGIC LIFE (m/f/d)
from 01.09.2024 or by arrangement

The Advisor Sales UK/Nordics is responsible for the planning, implementation and realisation of sales promotion measures for all hotels/clubs (ROBINSON and TUI MAGIC LIFE) with the aim of increasing sales in the respective markets. This includes sales marketing and communication, training for sales partners (digital and face-to-face) and FamTrips to the destinations.

The Advisor Sales is a service provider for sales partners, retail, tour operator headquarters and the individual hotels/clubs.

The role will ideally be based in UK, but other European TUI offices would be considered. Wherever based, the role will require frequent National (UK) and European travel and flexibility.

What you will be doing:
• Preparation of relevant sales communication promptly and in line with the target group as well as forwarding to all interfaces/sales partners at tour operators and in travel agencies
• Implementation of training courses (in presence/webinar)
• Creation and updating of sales presentations to convey product knowledge & news per brand and subsequent implementation of training courses (in webinars or face-to-face)
• Long, medium and short-term coordination, preparation and implementation of sales promotion measures in close coordination with Int. sales to optimise capacity utilisation
• Contact person with service and support function for the organisers and sales partners of the individual markets
• Active support of the Sales Manager
• Organisation, support and attandence of FamTrips. and B2B events in the markets
• Maintenance/control of the budget relevant to the work area
• Administrative tasks such as reporting, database maintenance, handling general inquiries, etc.

What we are looking for:
• Apprenticeship or studies in tourism
• First professional experience in a travel agency and/or with a tour operator
• Language skills: English (native language), German and another foreign language (an advantage)
• System knowledge: MS Office, IRIS+, Protel (an advantage), experience with CMS advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong service orientation
• Reliable, flexible, and open-minded team player
• Creative personality with a structured and independent way of working
