Join us as an Experienced Team Leader for Samsung!

As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency, and your team of Customer Service Specialists. You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.


What will you be doing?

As a Team Lead at Transcom, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of your team and contributing to our market's performance. You will drive operational excellence, lead by example, and ensure our key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Inspiring: Provide daily guidance and coaching to your team, ensuring alignment with operational goals and helping team members reach their full potential.

  • KPI Management: Monitor, track, and report on team and market KPIs, ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest quality of service.

  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Collaborate with your team to identify needs, resolve issues, and drive sound business decisions that enhance performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key interface with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to optimize operations and customer experiences.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (Transcom's business language) and native or business-level proficiency in Swedish.
  • Knowledge Sharing: A proactive approach to knowledge gathering and sharing, ensuring best practices are implemented across the team.
