Description Are you a passionate Talent Acquisition professional fluent in Norwegian & Swedish? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy connecting with top talent?
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Sweden, working in a hybrid model with occasional travel across our offices in Sweden & Norway.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a part of a diverse TA community & report to the TA Manager in the Nordics. We value empowerment and self leadership; meaning you will have full ownership & responsibility of your Talent Acquisition tasks in your area of responsibility.

You can be based in the Gothenburg region (other locations in Sweden considered) and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition teams based across EMEA, who collectively ensure the best candidate journey, while helping each other to develop & grow.
Your responsibilities:

  • Be flexible to work both remotely and on-site, with travel required to all Swedish & Norwegian office locations when necessary
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments on workforce planning and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to contract Participate in employer branding activities to promote the company as an employer of choice, including attendance at job fairs, schools and other locations
  • Utilise innovative recruitment tools and methods to attract top talent
  • Actively source top candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles and languages across Scandinavia and EMEA
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding

What are we looking for:

  • Thrive on working across cultures and nationalities and know that diverse teams make better business decisions
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed in our Sweden-based offices
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an international or multicultural environment
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) - Swedish is advantageous
