Right now, Transcom Latvia is looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative for NETS, one of Europe’s most innovative, modern, and fastest-growing digital finance and payment solutions companies.

Join Transcom Latvia as a Swedish-speaking customer experience specialist!

In this role, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer calls in Swedish and analyze business issues in a fast, constructive manner,
  • Solve business issues related to invoices, payments, accounts, and terminal errors through either phone, email, or chat,
  • Take your communication skills to the next level by leading professional conversations with businesses,
  • Provide an excellent customer experience,
  • Work in a shift schedule (shift is 8h30min), 5 days a week. Supportive line working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00
  • Work with set goals, where you will be assessed on speaking time and customer satisfaction, among other things.

  • Eager to learn new things and quickly adapt to change,
  • Prioritize customers and are always willing to help others,
  • Have a problem-solving mindset,
  • Speak fluently in Swedish and you have good English skills.
